What is Sizzico? Sizzico is a Central Texas-based shop specializing in personalized products. Best sellers include laser-engraved stainless steel pet bowls and tumblers for both people and pets. We also commission signage and apparel for events or occasions. 

What products do you offer? We offer custom laser-engraved stainless steel pet bowls (available in small/18oz, medium/32oz, and large/64oz) and tumblers (15oz and 30oz) in a variety of colors. You can personalize them with a name, logo, text, or a combination of all three. We also offer event rental items and other custom products listed.

What materials are your pet bowl and tumblers made from? All of our bowls and tumblers are made from 304 food-grade safe stainless steel. They're double-wall insulated, non-slip, durable, and easy to clean — built to last for everyday use.

How does the customization process work? After placing your order, simply upload your design, logo, or text. Our team will create a proof image and send it to you for approval before we begin production or shipping. Nothing goes to engraving without your sign-off.

Can I send you my own logo or artwork? Absolutely! You can upload your own logo, design, or text directly when placing your order. For more complex design work, you can also reach out through the contact page or email us at sizzicomgmt@gmail.com and we'll set up a custom quote.

How long does shipping take? We ship fast from Central Texas! Exact timelines depend on order complexity (custom proofs may add a day or two for approval), but we pride ourselves on quick turnaround. Contact us for estimated delivery times on your specific order. We typically get order out no less than two business days after order is received. 

Do your tumblers keep drinks hot and cold? Yes! Our double-wall insulated tumblers keep drinks cold for up to 24 hours and hot for up to 12 hours. They're also sweat-proof, so no condensation rings on your desk or countertop.

Are your pet bowls safe for animals? Yes. All pet bowls are made from 304 food-grade stainless steel — the same high-quality, non-toxic material used in food and beverage production. They're safe for dogs and cats and easy to clean.

Do you offer bulk or business orders? Yes! We work with businesses on custom logo tumblers and bowls for corporate gifting, employee gifts, client promotions, and events. Reach out through the contact page or email us at sizzicomgmt@gmail.com to discuss your order and get a quote.

What is your return and exchange policy? Because every Sizzico product is one-of-a-kind and made specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. We only accept returns or exchanges in two cases: the item was damaged during transit, or there was a mistake on our part in fulfilling your order. If either of these applies to you, please contact us promptly at sizzicomgmt@gmail.com with a photo of the item and your order details, and we'll make it right!
