Return & Replacement Policy
At SIZZICO, every product we create is custom-made to order and personalized specifically for you. Due to the unique nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. We appreciate your understanding as this is standard practice for custom and made-to-order goods. In the rare event that your order arrives damaged please read Damaged or Defective Items
All Sales Are Final
Because each item is crafted uniquely for every customer, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been approved and moved into production. We strongly encourage all customers to carefully review their digital proof before submitting approval, as this is your opportunity to confirm all design details, spelling, sizing, and placement.
Damaged or Defective Items
Your satisfaction is our priority. In the rare event that your order arrives damaged during transit or contains a physical defect upon opening, we will gladly provide a replacement at no additional cost.
To qualify for a replacement, we require the following:
- Photo or video evidence clearly showing the damage or defect
- Evidence must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date
- Please include your order number in all correspondence
Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will begin production on your replacement order promptly and provide tracking information upon completion.
What Does Not Qualify for a Replacement
- Dissatisfaction with a design that was approved via digital proof
- Incorrect information submitted by the customer at the time of order
- Minor variations in color that may occur between digital displays and the finished product
- Damage resulting from misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear
Order Cancellations
Cancellations may be requested before a digital proof has been approved. Once approval has been given and production has begun, we are unable to accommodate cancellation requests.
